The Justice Conference 2020

Tearfund’s biennial Justice Conference hosts some of the most inspirational, challenging speakers on various subjects of justice around the world. When I was approached to produce the video content for the entirely online 2020 conference in New Zealand, it was an instant yes from me!

The theme for the 2020 conference was Ki Te Whenua (On Earth), focusing on the matters of justice, colonisation and land rights in New Zealand. We filmed incredible speakers in a number of beautiful locations around Tāmaki Makaurau and Kirikiriroa, and I was absolutely stoked to edit their talks into a one day conference streamed to watch parties across Aotearoa!

This was one of my biggest projects to date, encompassing multiple filming sessions, asset creation and animation, editing, subtitling and more! This has to be one of my video production highlights, both in terms of technical elements and alignment with personal passions.
